Goshen Valley
Goshen Valley is our largest community to date with 66 home sites. Developed in 4 phases, construction began in 1991 and continued to 1999 with the final phase. Goshen Valley is one of Aho's most successful communities. Over the years, Goshen Valley has been home to both local residents and vacationers from all over the Southeast. |

Creek Run
Creek Run was developed in 3 phases between 1994 and 1997. Located in the Aho area, a total of 27 home sites lay at the foot of Goshen Valley. Approximately half of the home sites are border by a gentle mountain stream. Creek Run has primarily been home to natives of the High Country and some residents who built their dream home here after they retired. |
