We are a family owned and operated development company specializing in unique properties in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We currently offer home sites in Blowing Rock, Boone, Valle Crucis, and Ashe County, North Carolina.

Waterstone - Only 2 home sites remain in our lake community located only 10 minutes from Boone. This community features a 5-acre lake, 2,300 of trout stream, and 23 acres of common area.

The Overlook at Little Laurel - We have recently purchased 65 acres on Little Laurel Road in Boone. This community will feature dramatic long-range views equal to any found in the High Country. Located off of Mile Marker 285 on the Blue Ridge Parkway this property is convenient to both Boone and Blowing Rock.

Calloway Gap - We are now taking reservations on the first 3 home sites. Road construction to the first phase is almost complete. We will be taking reservations on the remaining 40+ ac soon.

Located approximately 3 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Calloway Gap is our first project in Ashe County, NC. Ashe County is one of the fastest growing markets in the high country. We are currently taking reservations on our first 3 home sites at Calloway Gap and will begin taking reservations on the remaining lots on May 1, 2007.
